The ⅜”-¾” Box Joint Template set is segmented for variable spacing and operates differently from our classic box joint templates. Setup is just as fast, but unlike the 1/4”-1/2” box joint templates that require a bit change, both sizes are cut using the same ⅜” bit and the same 10mm guide bearing with these templates. They can even be mixed with some of each size on a workpiece.

The set is offered with or without the ⅜” Variable-Helix Bit and Collet Adapter. The ⅜” standard spiral upcut bit that came with most PantoRouter® packages will also work with this template system.

Each set contains eight templates plus four caps to make ¾” easier to keep track of. The templates are made of ABS plastic using our industrial quality 3D printers at our USA factory. Whether injection molded or printed on our rapid manufacturing equipment, ABS is UV resistant, dimensionally stable and impact resistant. They’re so tough they carry our limited lifetime warranty. If they ever wear to the point they no longer make the joints they’re designed for, we will replace them for as long as you own your PantoRouter®.
