Orders and Shipping
We normally ship the same day or the next business day after an order is received.
Shipping PantoRouter packages anywhere in the continental US are $75 and a bit higher than AK, HI, and PR.
Delivery to the US is typically from 2 days on the west coast to 5 days on the east coast. For deliveries to AK/HI, please allow an additional 2-5 days.
Shipping to Canada and Mexico is $90 and $100 respectively. Shipping time to Canada and Mexico is about 5 days however it's not uncommon for customs to take 1-5 days.
Shipping to Central and South America is $200 - $250 by UPS Economy. The international customer is the importer of record and is responsible for duty and taxes.
Returns and Refunds
We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase and we're always available to walk you through a setup or operation on the phone, Zoom, Skype or FaceTime. If the PantoRouter™ is not performing to specification, you can return it at the owner’s expense within 90 days of purchase for a refund.
We have a 19% restock/refund fee (15% restock fee plus 4% credit card refund fee), unless of course it's in some way defective, which we will gladly repair or replace it. Please call or email to get a return authorization before sending your carefully packed PantoRouter™. Be sure to insure your shipment to cover shipping damage. Return shipping damage is the owner’s responsibility.
Orders cancelled prior to shipping are refunded minus the credit card or PayPal processing fee of 4%.
Shipping to Canada and Mexico
We ship by UPS International Ground to Canada and Mexico and we prepay the freight charge, but not the duty and tax charged by the government of either Canada or Mexico. There is no US tax or fee. The customer is responsible for duties and taxes plus a brokerage fee charged by UPS to clear customs.
The buyer can arrange alternate shipping and we’re happy to assist. Some customers prefer to drive to a US border town to pick-up their PantoRouter and some customers have their own broker. Please tell us how we can help to get your PantoRouter to you as expeditiously and cost effectively as possible.
International PantoRouter Sales Outside North America
Q: Can the PantoRouter® All-In Package be shipped outside North America?
A: Yes! We regularly ship to Australia and New Zealand and we can ship elsewhere the All-In Package is not offered by regional resellers.
The RoutMaster Pro router is 230 Volt 50Hz. The cost of the package is the same with either the RoutMaster Pro router motor or the Bosch 1617EVS 110 VAC router common to North America. If you have 100-120VAC 50 or 60Hz power available we recommend buying the All-In package including the Bosch 1617EVS motor.
All prices on our website are in US Dollars.
There will probably be import duty and tax levied by your country, which you will need to pay before delivery. We ship by UPS International Expedited and UPS will automatically perform the customs clearance and brokerage. If you have a preferred import courier with your own account, please contact us and we can ship using your account instead of ours. We will refund the shipping amount charged when you place the order if you use your own account.
Shipping to some countries requires a bank wire transfer instead of a credit card. Please contact us at info@pantorouter.com to arrange payment and delivery.

We asked a recent customer in Australia how much the import duty, tax and brokerage fee was and he reported it to be about $400 AUD. This is only one person’s experience and unfortunately we have no way to calculate the fees charged outside the US.
Please contact us with further questions about exporting to your country. We want everyone to be able to enjoy all of the available accessories and templates for the PantoRouter® woodworking joinery machine. The All-In package has nearly every popular item we sell in the US, Canada and Mexico. This package usually does not include recently added accessories so please check the list on the website and add them separately to your order if you’d like to also buy these new items.
When we ship outside the US, the customer is responsible for duty and taxes specific to your country. Shipping outside North America is by UPS International Expedited and the freight cost (but not duty and tax) is prepaid and billed to the customer in advance of shipment.
Resellers for other parts of the world are listed below and each of their offerings are different. Please contact them directly with questions about router selection and accessories. The packages offered on our website in the US may not be available in other parts of the world.
