Single Air Clamp with Universal Clamp Base
The Air Clamp Arm with Universal Clamp Base set includes the rotating Clamp Base, the arm that holds the cylinder, the Parker Pneumatic cylinder, the pressure foot with pad, and a knob for positioning the Air Clamp Arm.
The Air Clamp Arm with Universal Clamp Base is very heavy-duty cast and machined stainless steel and includes the Parker air cylinder.
Stiffening bars (sold separately) are required for air clamp operation. The Air Clamp PACKs listed in the webstore have the necessary stiffening bars included.
The Parker Air cylinder is Made In USA of high quality stainless steel for both the cylinder and rod. The air inlet port is ¼” female pipe thread and the cylinder has a spring return. The cylinder is rated for maximum 50 psi air pressure.
The included clamp foot has a cork pad to hold the workpiece securely.
The Universal Clamp Base can also be used with a Lever Clamp Arm (sold separately) by removing the flower knob and washer from the top, removing the Air Clamp Arm and Parker Pneumatic Cylinder then installing the Lever Clamp Arm in its place.
