Darrell Peart's Rafter Tail Coffee Table

Tell us how you used the PantoRouter in this project

The PantoRouter was used on the primary joints but the unique application was the fabrication of the short connector pieces. They were made from a single piece of wood, contoured with the CNC, tenons cut on PantoRouter, then cut into individual pieces. This method was safe and quick.

Special Materials or Equipment Used

Top is Zebrawood, base is African Mahogany with Ebony plugs. This is a copy of a piece made by an outstanding woodworker, Darrell Peart. Darrell is very supportive of the woodworking community specializing in his own designs of Greene & Greene furniture.
