PantoRouter Chess Sets

Tell us how you used the PantoRouter in this project

Ted is an early adopter of the PantoRouter, and he has come up with countless jigs, custom templates, and interesting applications. His latest PantoRouter project is this series of chess boards. The PantoRouter was used to cut the pieces which was handy to make multiple repeated irregular cuts consistently from piece to piece. In addition to the full-size chess set shown, Ted also made a half-size with some slight variations on the design, which are shown with a dime in the center of the board for scale.
